Job Description:
LaQuinta Inn is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of the hotel's facilities to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Carpenter, and other systems.
- Respond promptly to guest service requests regarding maintenance issues.
- Regular inspections of the hotel premises are conducted to identify issues.
- Maintain the property’s exterior, including landscaping and parking areas.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with renovation and upgrade projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel maintenance or a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.
