HANDYMAN CREWS ARE NEEDED
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR HANDYMAN ARE NEEDED
Position: Experienced Tech/ Handyman
Location: CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA
Qualifications:
- Must have your own truck and tools.
- Willingness to travel within a 30–50-mile radius of CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA.
- General "make-ready" and handyman experience is necessary.
- Specialty tradesmen are also encouraged to apply.
- Lead technician and crew management experience are a plus.
- Maintenance experience is a plus.

Requirements:
- Completion of onboarding paperwork, including a light background check.
- Experience working in residential homes, both vacant and occupied.
- A good smartphone with a working camera for pictures.
- Excellent communication skills to provide estimates and quotes.
- Licenses and certificates (not required but a plus if available)

Salary: $75.00 - $200.00 per day
Schedule: 8-hour shift
