Job Responsibilities:
Primary duties of this position include but are not limited to, weeding, mowing, blowing, edging, planting, pruning, spraying, and other miscellaneous duties in maintaining grass, shrubs, trees, etc. Other grounds-related duties include trash pickup within our community.
CARPENTER
Our ideal candidate will be experienced in all phases of residential construction, from layout and forms to framing and finish. We value precision, a positive outlook, good math skills, and effective communication.
Job Requirements:
Assist in project construction and consistently produce work that maintains the craftsmanship and quality standards of the company.
Ability to adapt previously learned carpentry skills to the needs of the job.
Effectively work with team members to meet project schedules and adjust as needed based on project realities.
Communicate anticipated materials needs for mobile homes
Experience in residential construction, from layout to forms, foundation, and framing to finish. Experience required.
