I own a window cleaning business here in Charlotte. I have hired employees off of Craigslist before, and am looking to add onto our quickly growing team.
Like it says in the title, it pays $18-20 per hour- paid daily. The shift is M-F from 10-7PM. However, we typically finish our jobs before 7PM and are usually done by 5-6PM.
The position is an independent contractor role, and my only main requirement is that you have reliable transportation each day, and of course that you can be on time and hard working. Here is the "official" posting I have been putting on job websites:

Responsibilities:

- Remove dirt, grime, and streaks from glass surfaces, ensuring a streak-free and spotless finish.
- Work diligently to meet scheduled appointments and complete cleaning tasks within the allotted time frame.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including the use of safety harnesses and ladders, when necessary.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service, addressing any client inquiries or concerns with courtesy and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with our team and clients to coordinate schedules and ensure a smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet scheduled appointments.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting/moving up to 60lbs while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for cleanliness and quality.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites around Charlotte, North Carolina.
