Job Description:
This position will provide an accurate estimate for labor, materials, and equipment in order to calculate overhead and profit.
Other roles this position takes on are building relationships with general contractors and project managers in our area while also representing our company in a professional manner on current and future projects. Responsibilities include overseeing projects to ensure their completion in a timely manner. You will also identify and provide change orders on current and future projects. Other responsibilities include ordering material and equipment to complete projects while also controlling labor costs. Ideal candidates will be local to the Charlotte area with a history of already working with local contractors and managers.
Salary:
$80k-100k yr plus bonuses depending on relationships and revenue produced.
