Clean up room, help disabled person

I am disabled and need help cleaning my bedroom and bathroom. Pick up trash, general straightening up and mop floors every other visit or so.

Pays $150 first time, $80 each time after, once a month. Must do on Sundays when my brother is home.

Pays via PayPal or Zelle only, so you must have an account. No exceptions, I don't have cashapp or venmo or anything else!
