As a carpenter helper you will assist skilled carpenters in various tasks related to construction and repair of wooden structures. Their duties often include carrying materials, preparing work areas, cleaning tools and equipment, and performing basic tasks under the direction of a carpenter. A Helper will provide support to ensure the smooth and efficient completion of carpentry projects. Well known as a Custom Dock Builder we construct new custom docks,boat lifts, repairs, jet ski ports and maintain docks, piers, and other residential and commercial waterfront structures. We work with materials such as wood, rip rap and metal, often using heavy machinery and power tools. Dock Builders typically work outdoors in various weather conditions and on Lake Wylie located in SC & NC.
