We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide and Certified Nurse Aide to join our team. You will provide essential medical care and support to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Your role will involve providing care according to the clients care plan needs and medication guidance as needed.
Duties:
· Companionship, Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Toileting
· Assisting with errands or Doctor’s appointments
· Daily housekeeping and assisting with organization
· Preparing meals
· Encouraging movement and interaction
Qualifications:
· License or certification for HHA, PCA or CNA (not required)
· Ability to drive within Charlotte, Union Co are up to 20-40 minutes
· Driver’s License
· Submit to onboarding drug screen
· Submit to Criminal background report
· Must be able to read and follow detailed care plans and can write detailed notes on each shift
· Ability to lift 50lbs. and be standing, walking, bending for long periods of time
· Experience in non-medical home care is preferred or a related field
· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
· Compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others
