Role Description
This is a full-time, part-time or contract role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst located in Albemarle, NC. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, providing parent education, and overseeing behavior management strategies. Additionally, this role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and continuous monitoring and adjustment of treatment plans to ensure effectiveness.

Qualifications
Skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Experience in providing Parent Education
Background in Psychology and Behavior Management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Relevant experience working with children and adults with developmental disabilities
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Experience in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Experience providing parent education
Background in Psychology and Behavior Management
