About Us: We are a bar and grill with a culinary focus (gastropub) and craft beer and wine options, as well as a full bar. We've been in business 14+ years and looking to grow and expand other revenue streams. We own and operate 7 other business units.
Position Overview: Seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled culinary professional with a passion for food and a desire to grow within our team. Someone who can take a lead role with great energy and an optimistic attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards.
Lead and direct the kitchen staff in the absence of the Chef.
Assist in menu planning and inventory management.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety regulations.
Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Line Cook; experience in a leadership role is a plus.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
