The Tacoverse is a unique and exciting Food Truck and Caterer that works all over the Charlotte Area and throughout the Piedmont from Albemarle to Concord and Monroe. We are expanding our operations and looking to hire additional staff.
The right candidate will be trained on the window to take orders and serve our customers and the progress to learning how to prepare our food and operate the truck. This is an opportunity where the right person can advance quickly as we expand with plenty of opportunity for promotion. With additional responsibility will also come increased compensation.

Responsibilities:
Assist in food preparation, including cutting, chopping, and assembling ingredients.
Cook and serve a variety of mouthwatering dishes from our food truck menu.
Interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking orders and providing excellent service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck, ensuring all health and safety regulations are met.
Manage cash transactions and accurately handle payments.
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of the food truck before and after shifts.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Occasionally drive Food Truck to and from events
Requirements:
Strong commitment to rxcellence
1 year of BoH culinary experience, best practices and safety
Clean driving record with no moving violations.
Front of house experience is preferred but not required
Friendly customer-facing attitude and ability
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Strong communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
Ability to lift, load and carry 50 lbs and 15 lbs over head
Ability to stand and exert quick mobility for periods up to 6 hours in length.
