Description Robert Half is currently working with a client in commercial real estate seeking an Accounting Analyst. The Accounting Analyst will work closely with the accounting and finance departments to analyze AR, work with tenants on past due collections, and lease administration. This highly collaborate role is best for someone with excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. What you get to do every day
Analyze and collect a variety of complex financial data
Organize and disseminate financial reports
Ensure accuracy of month-end, quarter-end and year-end accounting close cycles
Create and assess journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations
Extract, manipulate and organize data in response to management requests
Requirements - BS in accounting or finance
5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, data analysis or similar role
Must have analytical and interpersonal skills
Skilled in Excel and other large ERPs
