Job Description
As a Staff UIEngineer, you’ll provide acustomer facing solution that allows our customers to view what services Mandiantis performing for them and intelligence that is relevant to them. You’ll integrate with APIs that provide a lot of data and help make sense out of the data for users to understand and get the information they want. You will develop fully functional web applications that align with business objectives. You will grow your skills, work with cutting edge technologies and introduce new tools and techniques to the team. You’ll work in an environment that encourages creative thinking and limits red tape. You’ll collaborate with fellow engineers, product management and end users. You’ll come up with ways to do things more quickly and more effectively while maintaining a laser focus on quality. In a nutshell, you’ll create software that makes ourcustomers more informed,and help Mandiantprotect its customers from evil.
What you will do:- Design and develop dynamic web applications in an agile development environment
- Design and implement elegant and scalable APIs andservices
- Engage in architecture sessions, challenge existing solutions and inspire ideas for future enhancements
- Evaluate and utilize cutting edge JavaScript frameworks
- Rapidly prototype and refine applications based on user experience feedback
- Promote strict continuous code testing and validation to ensure high-quality coding standards
- Stay abreast of the latest technology trends, coding standards, libraries and frameworks to constantly growonestechnical abilities and challenge and improve the entire technology stack
Qualifications
MinimumRequirements:- Minimum of 5+ years of UI Development Experience.
- Ability to deliver high quality, fully-tested, production-ready code in Ruby, React, Javascript.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in React.js
- Ability and willingness to implement MVC architectures using modern JavaScript frameworks
- Working knowledge of calling and consuming RESTful web services
- Expertise in creating rich interfaces using HTML, JavaScript and CSS
- Experience interacting with SQL flavored database systems, preferably with PostgreSQL
- Exposure to unit testing libraries such as RSpec
- Ability to lead discussions and interpret requirements defined by Product Management or stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience withRuby on Rails, Docker,GraphQL,Sidekiq,Puppet,Jenkins,Kubernetes, Linux
- Experience with AWS services
- Ability to work well with remote teams and be willing to reach out and collaborate when needed

Minimum Salary: $140,000. Final salary will be determined commensurately with cost of living, experience level, and/or any other legally permissible considerations.
Incentive Compensation: Eligibility for annual bonus subject to individual and company performance; eligibility for award of Restricted Stock Units subject to eligibility requirements, approval from FireEye’s Compensation Committee, and vesting terms
