We encourage developing and attracting expertise that differentiates us as a company as we continue to raise the bar.Job SummarySenior Accountant position will be primarily responsible for off-ledger M&A accounting, intercompany activity, forecasting of profit & loss, and corporate reconciliations. This position will partner closely with Financial Reporting, Financial Planning, Technical Accounting, other Corporate departments, and sectors. This role reports to the Manager of Financial Accounting. Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly forecast for the Corporate sector

Liaise with international partners on intercompany accounts, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and intercompany matching

Coordinate with off-ledger subsidiaries to review balance sheets, upload monthly results, and distribute extracts to the subsidiaries

Identify and implement process improvements

Collaborate with business partners to ensure an accurate and successful month-end close

Monthly accounting close activities, including journal entries

Ensure balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations are timely and accurate

Assist in annual audit by providing requested reports and schedules

Provide ad-hoc reports as requested by management

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

CPA/CPA Candidate

2-3+ years of accounting/finance experience (public accounting and/or industry)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Solid understanding of IFRS and US GAAP

Prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

MS Office proficiency

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Power Platform / process automation experience

SAP & Hyperion/Essbase experience

1+ years Public Accounting experience

MS in Accounting

Experience with SOX compliance testing & internal controls

xperience with a large company (> $3 billion sales preferred)
