This individual provides integrated systems planning and recommends new or different technologies that will enhance current systems and support overall corporate and business goals aligned to the Application Production Support monitoring strategy. Recommends the appropriate monitoring capabilities in support of business process and is responsible for delivery of aligned capabilities across critical business applications. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource; providing leadership in the execution of aligned as a team member or as an individual contributor.
In the support of Splunk Enterprise including the deployment, instrumentation and leveraging of the tool for analytical and alerting capabilities-
Proven experience with supporting monitoring tools such as – Tivoli, Microfocus BPM, Sitescope, Dynatrace, Catchpoint etc. -
Knowledge of OS (Windows/Unix) based infrastructure services, processing, monitoring, shell scripts, etc. -
Proven experience in application/network performance
