Visa: -EAD/L2-EAD/-EAD/E3 on W2 Below are the qualifications we are looking for.- 7+ years of Tableau experience
- 5+ years of relational database experience
- 3+ years of business intelligence experience
- Ability to develop trending reporting and other internal reporting tools
- 3+ years of analytics experience
- 5+ years of financial industry experience
- 3+ years of experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs
- Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions
- Ability to quickly and accurately execute tactical deliverables
- Ability to lead during times of ambiguity and change
- Ability to partner as a team member resource
- Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and implement change
- Ability to translate business needs into complex analysis, designs and recommendations. Uses analysis to identify and define business requirements, while supporting the validity of the final product.
- We are looking for someone who has extensive knowledge to create complex visualizations using data structures. Understand our data and work flow and come up with innovative ideas of how to present complex business data in the form of visualization.
