Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager within Small Business Banking to support the transformation of Legacy Systems to nCino. As a Senior Lead Product Manager, you will define the product outcomes and strategy, and drive towards the end-state vision, lead and align cross-functional teams to create exceptional omni-channel experiences and products with measurable business outcomes and customer benefits as well as be responsible for key business and customer metrics as well as the related processes and policies, including risk and controls.In this role, you will:

Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence business plans, business requirements, direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needs

Oversee overall product management and strategic focus for the most technical, complex and diverse products and services

Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth understanding of potential synergies, opportunities companywide

Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management

Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are strategically focused for diverse product lines

Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationships

Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team companywide

Serve as an adept advisor to leadership

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Ability to communicate powerfully and succinctly to senior and executive leaders and simplify the complex; able to tell the story and gain support needed.

Strong presentation skills - written and verbal, and the ability to adapt to multiple audiences.

Experience with managing large and complex projects

Strong critical thinking skills combined with strategic business focus and a passion for the customer experience and the team member experience.

Experience with one or more Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as Confluence or Jira

Knowledge and understanding of business requirements gathering and translation to technical requirements

Ability to manage complex technology programs required for regulatory business requirements

Microsoft Excel spreadsheets experience importing, exporting, and manipulating data

Tableau experience

Experience with Agile methodology of project delivery

Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and Kanban

Exposure to Wells Fargo loan origination or loan processing systems

Vendor-based loan origination software or professional services

Job Expectations:

Candidate must reside within a reasonable commute to one of the site locations; however, the position is eligible to work from home in a hybrid model.

Must be available to work a hybrid model where you will be working in office 3 days a week and 2 days at home a week (subject to change based on business need).
