Our client, a globally recognized brand, needs a Senior IT Business Analyst to join their team in Charlotte in a long-term role.This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Responsibilities of the Senior IT BA:- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and needs
- Develop solutions that increase productivity, efficiency, and functionality of IT resources
- Provide Level 2 support for all technology solutions in assigned area using root cause analysis
- Understand and analyzes data sources and provide data mappings for Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes
- Participate in key Agile practices and ceremonies
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience
- SQL experience
- Experience with functional designs, process flows, and designing solution options to solve business problems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration experience
- Ability to manage and facilitate effective meetings
