Responsibilities:Advise and deliver change projects as part of a long-term strategic partnership with leading financial institutions Leverage PM/BA skills to gather and document requirements from business stakeholders around upcoming or existing regulatory changes, capital markets product offerings, and business enhancements  Lead and present product deliverables and effectively liaison between front office, middle office, back office, and other supporting functions  Present findings and recommendations to client leadership  Track project level risk issues and dependencies and face off with key stakeholders  Assist stakeholders by evaluating existing operating models, designing current and future process flows, and developing Target Operating Models Engage with client teams to analyze, evaluate, and enhance client’s Corporate and Investment Banking/Capital Markets businesses  An ability to transform your domain knowledge and project experiences into published content for Sia Insights  Continue to upskill on industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI, and leverage Sia’s tools and other innovative applications to service client needs
