We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.Work you'll do/Responsibilities

Collaboration with functional teams: for requirement gathering, development, and testing

Participate in SAP S/4 Brownfield end-to-end implementations

Utilize your in-depth knowledge on S4 migration approach and HCM module key features

Perform HCM Modules specific RICEF-W effort estimations and developments in Payroll, Time schema functions, Infotype enhancements and custom developments

Development of all HR ABAP RICEFW (reports, Interfaces, Conversion, Enhancements, Forms and Workflows) tasks and deliverables

Apply your in depth knowledge on Conversion activities specific to PY-YTD's, Org. management master data, object relationships and eval paths.

Develop and maintain SAP applications using HR ABAP programming language

Leverage your understanding of Talent modules Integrations and data dependencies

Perform your self-service specific enhancements and ODATA service enhancements

Coordinate between onshore and offshore teams within a global project team structure

Participate in S4 HANA migration, architecture design, and implementation

Provide regular status updates to workstream leads and/or program leadership

Exhibit excellent presentation and communications skills, both verbal and written

Effectively prioritize workload to meet deadlines and achieve work objectives

Demonstrate the ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience

Proficiently use Microsoft Office Products such as Projects, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Qualifications-Required:

Bachelor's Degree preferable in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT Discipline; or equivalent experience

4+ years of industry experience in SAP S4-HANA implementation/migration using HR ABAP within the HR modules (Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll Accounting, and Travel Management)

2+ years of experience working on Brownfield implementations

Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations

Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel

2+ years of experience in S4 HANA Fiori development experience is a plus
