Sales Compliance Analyst

Brightspeed is looking for detail-oriented and analytical Sales Compliance Analyst to support our sales operations by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical sales practices. You will play a key role in safeguarding our company's integrity while enabling a compliant and effective sales strategy.As a Sales Compliance Analyst, you will have the following responsibilities:Monitoring sales activities and documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulationsConducting audits of sales transactions and customer interactions to identify potential compliance risksCollaborating with Legal, Sales, and Operations teams to implement and refine compliance proceduresInvestigating and reporting any non-compliant behavior, working with stakeholders on remediationAssisting with the development and delivery of compliance training programs for sales personnelSupporting regulatory and internal audits by providing required documentation and dataStaying current with relevant laws and regulations affecting sales practices (e.g., anti-bribery laws, industry-specific rules)Preparing compliance reports and dashboards for leadership
