Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Quality Assurance Consultant to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Consultant, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting various development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem identification and solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Quality Assurance ConsultantLocation: Charlotte, NCPay Range: $60.42What's the Job?

Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases based on functional requirements.

Contribute to test planning and build test cases for stories in the given sprint as per story acceptance criteria.

Automate test cases in User-Interface (UI) and database using tools like Selenium/Tosca.

Execute all levels of testing (Functional, Integration, and Regression) and record test results.

Collaborate with the development team for defect triaging and provide timely solutions for software defects.

What's Needed?

Technical BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or Math with a minimum of 6 years of experience.

4 years of experience in Software Testing with expertise in automation testing using Selenium/TOSCA.

Strong experience in writing complex SQL queries and working knowledge of ETL technologies.

Ability to document and troubleshoot errors and familiarity with test management software (e.g., qTest, Octane).

Hands-on agile experience and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
