Superior Contracting & Maintenance is looking for a Punchlist Contractor to join our team. As a Punchlist Contractor, you will be responsible for completing a variety of services such as general repairs, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting. You will be working on a variety of different projects and have the opportunity to showcase your knowledge and expertise in the construction industry.At Superior Contracting & Maintenance, we pride ourselves in delivering quality workmanship and clear communication to our clients. As a Punchlist Contractor, you will be joining a team that values excellence and strives to exceed expectations in every project.Responsibilities

Complete and execute tasks as assigned by project manager, ensuring work is completed within the established time frame and budget

Ability to perform general repairs and carpentry work including framing, drywall repair/replace, texture match, flooring installation, and finish work

Converse with project managers to ensure their needs are being met

Show up to job sites with materials and tools needed for each job assigned

Manage and prioritize workload and communicate progress to the project manager

Ensure job sites are left clean and orderly at the end of the day

Maintain accurate records of work completed

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in punch list work or similar construction industry experience

Possess basic computer skills for submitting electronic documentation

Must provide own tools and reliable transportation

Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail

Basic understanding of building codes and safety regulations

Strong communication skills, able to interact professionally with clients, vendors and employees at all levels.

Have all your own tools and reliable transportation.
