Technical Requirements: 3-5+ years experience in backend development using .NET Core o LINQ / Lambda functions o Entity Framework Core 3-5+ years experience in frontend development using React.js and a state management library. o Experience as frontline developers building applications, not 3-5 years working with React in a minimal capacity, EG., QA testing. o React & state management library experience are hard requirements. o Potential state management libraries include, but are not limited to: Nginx, Recoil, Context API, Redux. Bonus points for Redux. Experience with React Functional Components & React Hooks. Experience with Material UI or other styling libraries. Material UI preferred. Experience with Git to manage code. NOTE: ASP.NET Webforms / MVC developers do not fit this role.

Soft Skill Requirements: Strong communication skills. All of our developers work as part of a team and need to be able to communicate with each other without issue.
