We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you will manage marketing programs from offer concept through fulfillment to ensure process and / or revenue assurance. This includes multiple programs based on customer type, customer scenario (acquisition or retention), region, channel (digital, call center, face to face). Your project and programs will include new products, pricing and promotions, retention initiatives, operational efficiency: TSA exit, product sunsets; MDU, directories, broadband grants, etc. You will implement and track programs that will enable marketing achievement of goals.As a Marketing Operations Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:Identify, evaluate, build consensus, and execute cross functional solutions, marketing strategies, programs and processesDevelop innovative solutions to problems that position teams to meet and exceed targetsCollaborate with cross functional teams to ensure marketing readiness and ongoing operational support for residential programs, products, pricing, offers, and strategies are launched in marketDevelop operational plans that position our teams to meet and exceed targets. Orchestrate each initiative across a wide array of teams including product marketing, pricing, IT, compensation, training, sales, operations, finance, legal, competitive intelligence and reporting and analytics to ensure our teams are ready and positioned for success.Ensure process assurance by tracking and providing operational program support as needed.Design, launch and manage product pricing and promotional projectsAnalyze program performance and optimizes opportunitiesProject manage initiatives end to end, keeping cross-functional teams updated on progress, key issues and overall alignment of the plan:Optimize workflows and processes to improve marketing efficiencyEnhance marketing frameworks and ensure cross-functional alignmentCoordinate between marketing, product, operational, customer care and sales teams to align marketing strategies.Identify and recommend solutions to improve marketing processes and bottlenecksEnsure processes are scalable for new products and services.Serve as key liaison between marketing, sales, product development, customer care, operations, network, legal/regulatory and ITLead cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns, offers/products and other marketing initiatives
