A Snapshot of Your DayManufacturing Engineer plays a meaningful role into the organization doing and accepting all changes related with process. Researching and working with Technical Engineers and Quality Members, Manufacturing Engineer is responsible to investigate the process and propose new ways and tools to perform the activities.How You’ll Make an Impact

Looking the Standardization in all Manufacturing Process.

Increasing efficiency and reducing costs.

Generating a positive impact to environment [Decarbonization].

Leading Investment Projects [CAPEX].

Generation Budgeting for your process.

Doing Risk Analysis for new Projects [FMEA]

Training to new talents [Certification].

Analyzing the Factory Capacity.

Developing new Business Cases.

Developing and proposing strategies and tactics fully aligned with business unit strategy.

Driving yourself and working on projects with positive impact for organization [Internal & External].

Researching and implementing innovation and/or digital tools to support and speed up the manufacturing process and products with the best quality.

Being a strategic leader and working with multidisciplinary teams to find different ways to meet Key Performance Indicators.

Training to other colleagues in Lean Topics and High-Performance Team [HPT].

Being a mentor of other engineers trying to find new opportunity areas and increasing the number of value-added activities.

Being a leader to fulfill and/or to support to fulfill all protocols, policies, guidelines, and competences coming from all current system [EHS, QA, CyberSec, etc.].

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree: Electric, Electronic, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.

Professional Expertise: 7+years in Manufacturing Industries.

Preferred Area: Electric and Metal mechanical.

Technical Knowledge:

Electricity [Transformers].

Planning.

Logistic.

Developing and Project Management.

Core Tools & Lean Manufacturing.

Six Sigma Certification.

Desing Tools.

Process Analysis [Root Cause Analysis].

SAP & HANA System.

Language:

English [Mandatory].

German B1 [Desirable].

Availability to Travel:2 times per year. Essentially the change of residence for this position.
