Job SummaryThis Manager of Business Implementation role presents an unparalleled opportunity to lead high-impact, enterprise-wide initiatives within a Fortune 500 company. As a key member of the team, you will focus on three core areas:

Continuous Improvement: Design and deliver scalable solutions to improve client happiness and operational efficiency.

Simplification: Streamline processes by assessing current workflows, identifying core requirements, and removing barriers to efficient service delivery.

Technology Improvement: Drive digital transformation initiatives to optimize service delivery platforms.

Conduct detailed analysis to understand business and customer needs, ensuring business objectives, and cultivate positive connections with collaborators across all levels of the organization.

Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria; develop and manage project plans using Waterfall or Agile methodologies; and adapt strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

Lead and guide project teams to improve efficiency, accelerate timelines, and champion a culture of continuous improvement through mentoring and training in project management processes.

Communicate progress, risks, and challenges across organizational levels, maintain comprehensive project documentation, and champion opportunities for improvement to lead change.

Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business priorities

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

At least 2 years’ experience leading large, enterprise projects involving a medium to significant degree of change across the organization

Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet objectives

Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with collaborators

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, Project Management solutions (Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Projects)

Travel as needed (up to 50%)
