About this role:This is a Lead Engineer Role for the new Enterprise Product and Pricing Management (EPPM) product. Your role will be leading engineers in technology and capabilities to the Cloud. You’ll be onboarding products throughout the different Lines of Business and drive a successful experience to our SaaS solution. This role will be part of the Enterprise Product and Pricing Management Fees team to learn, explore, and highlight features offered by the vendor offering and suggestions into how to best utilize those capabilities.Components will continue to evolve as integrations are developed. Currently include the integration with core System of Record applications such as Hogan and other Rates and Product Catalog applications, middleware, and channels.Responsible for application releases through the whole software development lifecycle including research, identifying impacts, designing, coding, security testing and post deployment support for complex applications and initiatives.In this role, you will:

Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact by moving applications off the Mainframe and into a Cloud solution

Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines

Design and document for projects and programs

Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors

Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives

Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals

Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor

Develop and monitor long range information technology plans and policies consistent with the strategic objectives and plans of the business unit

Recommend innovations which anticipate the future directions of both business and information technology

Lead technology engineers team to achieve objectives

Interface with external agencies, regulatory bodies or industry forums

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

5+ years software development SDLC experience

5+ years software change management experience

5+ years contributing to large scale technology platforms

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with technology integrations and modernization

Experience with Cloud based solutions

Experience with building and maintaining enterprise-scale API and batch job processing

Knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Banking Platforms in global financial institution with experience in multiple consumer LOBs.

Leadership experience managing a technology organization, including application modernization and rationalization

Product and/or Technical Product leadership experience responsible for building disciplines

Experience with Information security policies, Vulnerability and patching management, Third party management and third party compliance

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
