IT Vendor Manager

We are looking for an IT Vendor Manager to join our growing team! in this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with technology vendors. You will be involved in evaluating vendor performance, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that vendor services meet organizational needs and standards. You will work closely with IT teams, procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure that vendor solutions are cost-effective, compliant, and aligned with the organization's strategic goals.As an IT Vendor Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:Establish a vendor strategy planPartner with Brightspeed Procurement on vendor engagementServe as the liaison and escalation point with top vendors and Brightspeed IT leadersLead vendor monthly performance reviews meetingsManage vendor issues and action plansMaintain forecasts of labor and software spendPartner with Finance on managing vendor spendWork with Brightspeed leaders to assist them with procuring vendors or softwareSupport vendor negotiationsPlan future years vendor spend
