Description We are seeking an Inventory Analyst based in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role involves the effective management of inventory transactions, product movements, and cycle count transactions within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to navigate through the SAP system and ERP solutions with ease. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Manage and maintain inventory transactions in the SAP system Ensure accurate product picks and inventory moves within the system Efficiently resolve inventory issues through internal SAP experience Conduct cycle count transactions regularly to maintain inventory accuracy Assist in the logistics of inventory management Utilize Epic Software and IBM AS/400 for various tasks Interface with other departments to ensure smooth operation of inventory processes Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries Conduct internal auditing to ensure compliance with company policies Utilize communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. Requirements Proficiency in Epic Software is necessary for this role Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required Knowledge of ERP Solutions is essential Familiarity with IBM AS/400 is expected Proficiency in Interface Engine is necessary Experience with About Time is a must Skills in Auditing are required Familiarity with Collection Processes is essential Strong Communication skills are expected Excellent Customer Service skills are necessary Knowledge of SAP is required Experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management is preferred Proficiency in SAP Business Warehouse (BW) is preferred.
