Description We are offering an exciting opportunity to an experienced Human Resources (HR) and Payroll Manager in the service industry, located in Charlotte, North Carolina. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, payroll, and hiring processes, among others.Responsibilities: Oversee the hiring process, ensuring it aligns with industry standards and organizational needs. Manage ADP Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now systems to streamline HR processes. Establish and maintain effective communication channels within the organization. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the HR operations. Actively engage in employee relations, fostering a positive work environment. Oversee the administration of benefit functions to ensure employee satisfaction. Utilize HCM for efficient HR management and data analysis. Continually assess and update HR policies and procedures to meet the organization's changing needs.Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is a must for handling financial aspects of HR duties effectively Experience with ADP Workforce Now will be required to manage HR functions smoothly Solid understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) to ensure effective HR operations Knowledge of Benefit Functions is essential to manage employee benefits efficiently Strong communication skills are needed to interact effectively with all levels of the organization Familiarity with compliance regulations is required to ensure the company adheres to various HR laws and regulations Experience in Employee Relations is crucial to handle any employee-related issues promptly and efficiently Proficiency in Hiring Processes is needed to identify, recruit, and onboard the best talent for the organization Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
