Description Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a graphic designer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC!We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role requires a strong design background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to execute compelling visuals across digital and print platforms. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping our brand identity, leading design projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing materials.Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and design creative assets for digital and print, including social media graphics, email campaigns, website visuals, presentations, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to develop engaging visual storytelling that aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Lead and execute branding projects, ensuring consistency in design elements across all platforms.
Develop layouts, illustrations, and custom graphics to enhance promotional campaigns.
Create and optimize assets for digital channels, including web, mobile, and social media.
Manage multiple design projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers when needed.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency, in-house creative team, or similar setting.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience with Figma or other design tools.
Creative Thinking: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
Attention to Detail: Ability to deliver high-quality designs with precision and consistency.
Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
Bonus Skills: Experience with motion graphics (After Effects), video editing, photography, UI/UX design, or HTML/CSS is a plus.
