- Production support, needs to be into troubleshooting
- 30-40% Monitoring, next 40% is analysis, 20% is developing
- They do have some minor enhancement development
- Helping with tools, automation and helping SREs.
- Experience working with Kafka
- Kubernetes & Docker Experience
- AWS / Azure experience
