As a Finance Manager here at Honeywell, you will be in a key position responsible for leading a team of business analysts to drive forecasting, closing and reporting for your scope, as well as business partnership with your leaders. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing business strategies to optimize operational efficiency and drive growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute business plans to achieve organizational goals. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators will be essential to track business performance and identify areas for improvement. You will report directly the IT Finance BAP Director, and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location. Lead a team of business analysts develop financial plans and forecasts for your assigned scope.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.

Support the business team and finance team on ad hoc requests.

Support the Generative AI P&L and funding tracking.

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis and planning.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
