Finance Systems Manager

Manager Financial Systems role, in the Corporate Financial Systems team located in Charlotte, NC is responsible for project related activities interfacing with cross-functional Business and IT teams. Projects will include ISC Site Transitions, SAP Deployments as well as technical and functional business process improvement projects. This role will provide support to SAP operations and perform root cause analysis on SAP related issues. The candidate will work with other cross functional project teams to ensure common SAP and business solutions are achieved that are compliant with GAAP and Government regulations.Responsibilities:

Work closely with cross functional ERP teams in support of site transitions, SAP deployments and system enhancements

Participate in system and process analysis in evaluating business model required to be support transition and deployment activity

Participate in data mapping, data conversion, user acceptance testing, go-live preparation and support and site closeout activities in support of transition and deployment activity

Develop or enhance financial/business solutions; troubleshoot SAP production issues

Deploy technical solutions for system changes, working with IT for system enhancements and configuration

Ensure thorough testing of all solutions and ensure cross-functional activities do not adversely impact finance data, processes or compliance

Evaluate financial systems to ensure all controls provide a robust controls environment.

Provide guidance in support of SOX, internal and external systems audit requests

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance

10 plus years SAP experience

WE VALUE

Preferred experience includes: 2-3 deployments in FI/CO and previous experience working in a Finance function

Solid understanding of business processes across SAP and how they impact data and processes in financial modules

Proactive leader with ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, internally and externally, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to understand customer needs and to teach others

Comfortable in working in fast paced, high energy environment as this is a heavy multi-tasking role

Prior project management experience a plus
