This role offers immersive, hands-on experience in marketing, promotions, and campus engagement. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and a current UNC Charlotte student with a genuine passion for building a career in marketing. We're looking for someone who thrives on taking the initiative, excels at collaborating with clubs and organizations, and isn't afraid to put in the hard work. Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver persuasive sales pitches are essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:? Campus Engagement: Plan and execute on-campus marketing events and activations to promote NinerDiners dining services, meal plans, and special offers.? Social Media Content: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and post engaging content (photos, videos, stories) on social media platforms to boost brand awareness.? Promotions: Assist in the distribution of flyers, posters, and other promotional materials across campus as well as assisting in sales and promotional tables? Customer Feedback: Gather student feedback through surveys, focus groups, and casual interactions to inform future marketing strategies.? Partnerships: Develop relationships with student organizations, campus departments, and other stakeholders to amplify NinerDiners’ presence.? Data Analysis: Track the success of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement.? Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador for NinerDiners, embodying its values and promoting its services with enthusiasm.Qualifications: ? Current undergraduate student at UNC Charlotte.? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.? Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for campus engagement.? Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).? Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.? Availability to work flexible hours, including some special hours? Prior experience in marketing, promotions, or event planning is a plus but not required.What You’ll Gain: ?
