Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator based in Charlotte, NC. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a small team of multi-skilled operatives, coordinating with key stakeholders and vendors, and ensuring timely completion of all tasks. This role requires a high level of organization and detail-orientation.Responsibilities: Development and maintenance of relationships with key client stakeholders, landlords, managing agents, and facilities vendors. Coordination and supervision of a small team of multi-skilled operatives. Assistance in managing contractors on-site to meet required standards. Support in procurement of vendors and services as necessary. Aid in handling financial processes to meet all financial management requirements in a timely and accurate manner. Management of purchase orders in the internal financial management platform. Assistance in preparing monthly accrual reports and monitoring finance trackers. Execution of site inspections, assessments, regular audits, safety procedures, and building procedures. Support in implementing property risk management programs and industry best practice operations. Maintenance of premises in a neat and good working condition. Assistance in implementing and monitoring of disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Adherence to established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures. Provision of support for regular management reports and projects as required. Achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook Experience in facilities or property management Familiarity with financial operations and auditing procedures Ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders and partners Experience with vendor management and procurement processes Proficiency in generating and managing purchase orders Familiarity with implementation and monitoring of KPIs Knowledge of risk management principles and practices Ability to adhere to safety guidelines within a facility Experience in reporting on facility operations and procedures Ability to conduct financial analyses and perform ad hoc financial tasks Understanding of accrual accounting principles Experience in setting and achieving targets Familiarity with conductivity monitoring tools Ability to draft, review, and manage agreements Good communication skills for effective engagement with partners and stakeholders.
