We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of our real estate and community-focused events. The ideal candidate will be passionate about event coordination, possess excellent organizational skills, and bring creativity and professionalism to every task. This role plays a key part in enhancing our brand presence and client relationships through in-person engagements.Responsibilities:Assist in planning, organizing, and executing internal and external events, including open houses, community meetups, and corporate gatheringsCoordinate logistics such as venue setup, vendor communications, catering, and on-site supportManage event timelines, budgets, and inventory of promotional materialsHandle event registrations, guest communication, and follow-upWork closely with the marketing and operations teams to align event goals with company strategyEnsure events run smoothly and troubleshoot issues in real timePrepare reports and feedback summaries post-events
