Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, ODCP) preferred.
Experience: Certification in leadership assessments (e.g., Hogan, DiSC) highly preferred.
