Description Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a Digital Designer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually engaging digital assets that align with our brand strategy and business goals. You will work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to create compelling designs for websites, social media, digital ads, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce high-quality digital assets, including website graphics, social media content, banner ads, email templates, and more.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop engaging visuals that drive brand awareness and user engagement.
Ensure consistency of design across all digital platforms and adhere to brand guidelines.
Work with developers to ensure designs are effectively translated into functional digital experiences.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve digital design strategies.
Optimize designs for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in digital design, preferably within an agency or in-house marketing team.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and other design tools like Figma or Sketch.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress/SharePoint is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
