Data Entry/ Research Assistant

Please note that this is a 4 months contract position. Candidate must be local to Charlotte, NC. Training will be remote but resource may need to visit local office for supplies. Will train 2-3 weeks and then work remote until the office opens full time JOB SUMMARYAssist the Technology & Transformation team with processing and reporting.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Exception handling/importing. (into a comp drive, download files, import into Trexo system)Research and exceptions handling.Troubleshooting the documents that don't make it to Trexo.JOB REQUIREMENTS:• 1 year of research experience• Strong attention to detail as the documents being handled are critical documents• Ability to work independently• Good typing skills EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:• High school diploma or greaterWORK SCHEDULE:• M-F 8am-5pmApplicants must provide their phone number.
