Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a detail-oriented Controller to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Controller will be responsible for managing various accounting functions, handling intercompany transactions, and utilizing Deltek software within the context of an acquisition environment. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage a range of accounting functions Handle intercompany accounting and transactions efficiently Utilize Deltek software for various accounting operations Play a key role in managing the accounting aspects of mergers and acquisitions Ensure timely and accurate month-end close processes Requirements Proficiency in all aspects of Accounting Functions is required. Demonstrable experience with Intercompany Accounting is essential. Familiarity with Intercompany Transaction processes and procedures is needed. Prior experience with Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A) is a must. Proficient in using Deltek software for various accounting tasks. Experience in performing Month End Close processes effectively and efficiently.
