You will act as the bridge between various parties, managing inquiries, delivering information, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone and email.Coordinate communications between internal departments to facilitate seamless processes.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communication logs.Prepare and distribute clear and concise reports, updates, and announcements.Address concerns or escalate issues to ensure swift resolution.Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal memos and client newsletters.Uphold and promote Property Soar's brand standards in all communications.
