job detailsDo you have 1 year of RECENT call center experience? Are you able to start on 2/14 or 2/21? Are you looking for an opportunity that has the potential of going permanent between the 6-12 month mark? This could be the perfect opportunity for you! Pay: $18/hr on a WEEKLY basis! Qualifications: -Must have a HS diploma or GED -1 year of RECENT Call Center experience -Computer literate -Verbal and written communication skills -Ability to make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear and calm mattersalary: $18 - $18.01 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 9 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities-Interact with customers via telephone to provide information-Process transactions and reply to inquiries about services-Use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot customer issues-Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken-Maintain the highest level of customer serviceThe essential functions of this role include:
