- 2+ years working in a complex, enterprise environment
- Documentation experience
- Agile/JIRA experience
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience
- o Specifically working with ITSM/CMDB in ServiceNow is crucial to product delivery/successful outcomes
- o Need to have background with ServiceNow from ITSM asset and configuration management perspective from a business application perspective. Not dealing with Problem or Change Requests side of ITSM.
- o Experience working with SN modules, request catalog, CMDB tables/CSDM
