Description Job Description:Robert Half is currently working alongside a reputable professional service provider to locate a proficient Billing Specialist. This opportunity is set to last approximately 6 months and will involve an enhanced level of billing responsibilities with a designated focus on improving functionality and productivity.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, distribute, and deliver invoices in line with predetermined schedules.
Address and resolve any billing errors and disputes promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
Assisting in the streamlining and improvement of invoicing and billing procedures.
Handle financial documentation and records conscientiously and efficiently.
Maintain a vigilant eye for improvements in billing processes and offer suggestions.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years' worth of experience working in a billing environment.
Previous work history in a professional service environment is highly desirable.
An ability to balance a varied workload, manage time effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Solid organizational skills, multitasking ability, and a practical understanding of billing systems.
Outstanding interpersonal skills with a dedication to customer service.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, whilst being a trusted team player.
