Job Description:Role Summary/Purpose:The AVP, Home Specialty Marketing Leader is responsible for setting and implementing the marketing strategies to drive growth across multiple Tier 1-2 client partners. The role also leads client marketing responsibilities across the Outdoor Living and Plumbing categories. The marketing leader will collaborate with Sales and Growth COE partners to launch and manage programs across dealer networks and digital channels to drive program growth. In addition, this role will work directly with the Home Improvement Client Development and Sales teams.We're proud to offer you choice and flexibility. Occasionally you may be required to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as business or team meetings, training and culture events.Essential Responsibilities:

Establish and cultivate key relationships at senior levels of partner organizations

Understand and incorporate each client's key business objectives, strategic vision, and marketing calendar into the planning process to achieve set objectives

Develop, support and drive unique and impactful B2B acquisition, activation, and usage campaigns

Partner with client marketing leadership teams and Growth COEs to lead, develop, implement, and monitor dynamic annual growth plans

Gain approval for marketing programs through cross-functional matrixed client organizational structure

Optimize contractual marketing spend and pursue additional funds to meet growth goals, including budgeting and forecasting

Partner with analytics to monitor and collect data on campaign performance

Manage posting of program materials to Team Sites

Develop and manage Purchase Order/Invoice requests for OEM partners and Synchrony suppliers

Regularly monitor the competitive space and be aware of market changes, developments and trends

Share best practices and successes internally and externally

Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree a minimum of 3 years of marketing experience; or, in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a high school diploma/GED and a minimum of 6 years of marketing experience.

Minimum 1 year client management experience

Minimum of 2 yr experience with digital and/or direct marketing channels

Demonstrated project management skills

Ability to travel as needed 20%

Desired Characteristics:

Marketing experience in credit card or financial services industries

Outstanding communications, relationship building, influencing and collaboration skills

Proven ability to partner and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

Experience managing agency relationships

Strategic thinking with ability to support the implementation of actionable plans to drive business results

Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to evaluate situations using multiple sources of information.

Collaborative style and approach with comfort working in a matrixed, decentralized structure

Experience working with WorkFront and other project management systems

Strong PC proficiency (MS Office Suite) or comparable software applications

Grade/Level: 11The salary range for this position is 90,000.00 - 155,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.Eligibility Requirements:

You must be 18 years or older

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
