- 5+ years’ experience with application development and support (Support required very rarely like when we face application crashes etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills and written/oral communications skills to work effectively with business partners, peer IT resources, managed service providers and all levels of management
- Experience with contributing to Production implementations of net new, small enhancements, software maintenance
- Recognize and raise awareness of emerging critical issues to mitigate early
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong facilitation, leadership, communication and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and properly prioritize required tasks
- Experience working within an application solution delivery life cycle
