- Provide consultative support in partnership with all GPMO functions to help project leaders accomplish project goals and objectives.
- Analyze feedback from the enterprise's IT Project Management Community to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conceptualize process enhancements to increase project delivery effectiveness.
- Author process instruction and related materials to effectively achieve consistent execution by end users.
- Execute the communication and adoption plan including training sessions as needed.
- 5+ years Project Management experience in an enterprise IT system environment, PMP preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other relevant field of study preferred.
- Proven experience driving enterprise change in large organizations.
- Competent in process design, documentation, and implementation.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Word.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Project.
- Experience using Enterprise Project Management tools (e.g., Clarity).
- Handles ambiguity and changing priorities effectively.
