## The Role
As our Structured Studios Designer, you will:
- Collaborate with sales and project teams to translate client needs into 3D renderings and construction-ready plans
- Create detailed pool, decking, hardscape, and landscape layouts using Structured Studios software
- Produce photorealistic visualizations to guide material selections, lighting plans, and irrigation layouts
- Present design proposals—both in person and virtually—to secure project approvals
- Maintain consistent branding, file organization, and version control across all project deliverables

## Key Responsibilities
- Develop schematic designs, construction drawings, and permit-ready documents
- Configure pools with spas, tanning ledges, vanishing edges, and water features
- Design decks in composite, hardwood, or natural stone, integrating pergolas, fire pits, and outdoor kitchens
- Coordinate planting plans, irrigation details, and lighting concepts for cohesive outdoor “rooms”
- Revise designs based on client feedback and communicate updates clearly to production teams

## Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience designing residential pools and outdoor living spaces
- Proficiency in Structured Studios (modeling, drawing production, cost estimating)
- Strong eye for spatial planning, materials, and landscape composition
- Excellent communication skills—able to present concepts and incorporate feedback
- Familiarity with local permitting requirements and basic site-engineering principles
- Portfolio showcasing at least three completed pool and decking projects
